Is your hair 100% real virgin human hair?
Yes. All our hair is 100% unprocessed virgin human hair collected from reliable donors, with cuticles intact and aligned.
What is the difference between virgin hair and Remy hair?
Virgin hair is completely unprocessed with all cuticles intact. Remy hair keeps cuticles aligned but may be lightly processed. Virgin hair lasts longer and tangles less.
What textures and lengths do you offer?
Textures: straight, body wave, deep wave, loose wave, curly, water wave. Lengths: 8–30 inch. Custom length available on request.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible. We accept trial orders for new hair vendors and scale up with your business. See the product page for reference MOQ.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome so you can check quality, texture and color before bulk order.
How long does shipping take?
DHL / FedEx / UPS delivery takes about 3–7 working days worldwide after dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and other agreed methods. Payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
Do you support OEM/ODM private label?

How should customers care for virgin hair?
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, avoid excessive heat, and store the hair properly. Care instructions can be provided with every order.
