1. Processing time

• Stock items: dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Custom / OEM / ODM orders: production takes 7-15 working days depending on specification, then dispatched.

2. Shipping methods & delivery time

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS. After dispatch, typical delivery times are 3-7 working days for express services, depending on destination and customs clearance. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on total weight, dimensions and destination country. An exact quote is provided with your order confirmation - no hidden charges.

4. Duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We declare the shipment honestly and provide commercial invoices for customs.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can follow it on the carrier's website, and we monitor deliveries for our customers.

6. Delays

We dispatch on time, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds or force majeure (weather, strikes, pandemics). If a shipment is held, we help you resolve it with the carrier.
