1. Acceptance of terms

By using xuchangsusanhair.com and submitting an inquiry or order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products & quotations

All product descriptions, images and prices on this website are for reference and quotation purposes. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing with a proforma invoice.

3. Orders & payment

Wholesale orders are subject to MOQ, which is stated in our quotation. Payment terms (deposit and balance) are confirmed in the proforma invoice. Orders are produced and dispatched only after agreed payment is received.

4. Custom / OEM / ODM orders

For private label and custom-made products, you warrant that your designs, logos, trademarks and specifications do not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications you provide.

5. Quality & claims

All claims are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under mandatory consumer protection law where applicable.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product photos) is owned by Xuchang Susan Virgin Hair Factory or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of business.
